Gracewells support young people between the ages of eight and seventeen who have social, emotional and behavioural needs.
We work with families, carers, and the young person to identify their most suitable residential care placement.
Everything needed for a homely, nurturing environment
All our children’s residential care homes are designed and built to be homely and comfortable with high-quality facilities to make young people feel safe and cared for.
The homes are all detached properties, providing two, three or four bed facilities.
Each child has a personal bedroom with tv, bed and bedding, seating, desk, wardrobe and safe storage for personal possessions.
All homes include wireless internet, spacious communal areas and home-cooked meals.
We provide daily transport to school, pocket money, exciting and fun trips away from the home and birthday treats.
Ideally located our homes are either in residential seaside or semi-rural settings.
Our care teams are passionate about supporting young people to develop their social skills on the route to independence.
