Why YOU?

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and empathetic people who want to make a difference in the lives of young people in our residential care homes.

We are a company that cares. We care about our young residents, and we care about YOU. Our focus on providing a family environment is carried through to our teams. The contribution YOU make will always be valued.

Job satisfaction, quality training, professional development, first-class working conditions and a desire to be the best are all part of Gracewells Care.

We operate career development, which means we need to fill the positions people leave as they progress. Combined with the continued expansion of a growing company, we are always looking for the right people to join the teams in our children’s residential care homes.

Be a part of something special and grow with us.
