About Gracewells
Gracewells Care work with young people giving opportunities for a normal life and a route to a brighter future.
Formed in 2018 we are a young, energetic company but with a wealth of experience. Our management team have 15 years in a variety of roles in residential children’s homes and associated care services.
New team members, therapists and support services are all trained and qualified to provide the best care to each individual.
Our goal is to meet an individual’s social and emotional needs improving their ability to cope with life and give them the skills to be independent, productive members of society.
We can bring the stability of a traditional care provider with the forward-thinking of the most modern of therapeutic solutions.
This experience, combined with our still youthful exuberance makes us the ideal partner for short- and long-term placements.
We are regulated by Ofsted.
Our Vision
Gracewells Care provides a consistent, caring environment in which young people will feel both safe and secure. Time spent with us will enhance their sense of self-worth and provide the opportunity to develop respect for themselves and others.
Our teams understand the needs of young people and provide a stable base to allow them to reach their full potential.
OUR TEAM
Residential Support Workers
Any team is only as good as the people in it
The best people put their heart into caring for children, so we always look for passion, a positive outlook and generous nature in every applicant.
After induction and a foundational course, our staff training is a continuous, ongoing process to ensure team members remain knowledgeable in the requirements of their role and adaptable to the needs of young people.
The training maintains best practice and a consistent approach throughout Gracewells Care.
PEOPLE WHO LOVE WHAT WE DO
"I just wanted to let you know that I have been really impressed with A’s provision at Gracewells.
They have been a great team to work with also, and nothing seems to be an issue or barrier for them, wanting what is best for A 24/7.
Thanks again for finding such a gem of a placement!!"
"Despite concerns for K moving 300 miles from home and into a static home, he settled in well.
This was a young person who was regularly missing and involved in anti-social behaviour and not able to manage his previous placement.
The team managed to form a meaningful relationship with K. He looks healthier and his self-care has improved.
Communication has been excellent
I believe that this placement has been vital for K
Best wishes"
