About Gracewells Care
Gracewells Care work with young people giving opportunities for a normal life and a route to a brighter future.
Formed in 2018 we are a young, energetic company but with a wealth of experience. Our team have 15 years in a variety of roles in residential children’s homes and associated care services.
New team members, therapists and support services are all trained and qualified to provide the best care to each individual.
Our goal is to meet an individual’s social and emotional needs improving their ability to cope with life and give them the skills to be independent, productive members of society.
We can bring the stability of a traditional care provider with the forward-thinking of the most modern of therapeutic solutions.
This experience, combined with our still youthful exuberance makes us the ideal partner for short- and long-term placements.
Our Vision for High Quality Children's Residential Care
We focus on guiding young people to develop their social, emotional, and functional skills. Using a therapeutic model we promote a positive outlook and try to find some good in any situation. We lead young people to raise themselves with achievable challenges.
Gracewells Care provides a consistent, caring environment in which young people will feel both safe and secure. Time spent with us will enhance their sense of self-worth and provide the opportunity to develop respect for themselves and others.
Our teams understand the needs of young people and provide a stable base to allow them to reach their full potential.
