Frequently Asked Questions
How can I arrange a visit to one of your homes?
Call and ask to speak to the referrals manager. They will ask you some questions regarding the young person, their needs and arrange a suitable time for you to visit.
How do I make a complaint?
You are encouraged to contact the member of staff you usually communicate with to raise any concerns or complaints. If the response is not satisfactory, the registered home manager should be contacted.
If you feel that the complaint has not been resolved, you are asked to put your complaint in writing to the Operations Manager at our Head Office.
How do you involve parents or carers?
All young people are seen as individuals and parents/carers are kept fully informed of progress from the referral stage. They are invited to visit the service before a placement is agreed and are always welcome to visit on other occasions.
The home operates a variety of support systems to ensure that regular contact is maintained with parents and to keep them fully informed.
